3-10 夾具機構(二)

一、所需材料

已完成組裝件：夾具機構(一)

壓克力：中齒輪、小齒輪

一字擺臂固定片(短)x1、固定螺絲小x1、固定螺絲大x1

M3_6mm螺絲x2

 

二、組裝

將 中齒輪 與 一字擺臂固定片(短)x1 用 固定螺絲大x1 鎖住，如下圖

 

把 中齒輪 接上 夾具機構(一)，連接Scratch，確認輸出180度，夾具為閉合，相對位置如下圖

 

再測試一下，輸出90度，夾具為打開的，相對位置如下圖

 

將 小齒輪 用 M3_8mm螺絲x2 鎖上中齒輪，並且鎖上 固定螺絲小x1，如下圖
